A LETTER FROM A HAPPY CUSTOMER

We recently received this letter from a very happy client.  She and her three young girls were at home when a fire started.  Needless to say she was under a lot of stress when Champion arrived to handle the repairs.  Fortunately, we were able to have her home repaired and her family moved back in their home in less than seven months.  She was very happy with the level of service she received and this is what she had to say:

To Whom It May Concern:

My “normal family life was changed by a fire that almost devoured our home on January 19, 2009.  I had no real way of knowing the far reaching effects of losing my home and the displacement of what I took for granted was our way of life for my three girls and me. On that night we were horrified as the fire engulfed our home and there was nothing we could to stop it. It was a wonderful blessing that the four of us were not injured in the fire.

I had no way of knowing what to do next. I am happy that I purchased USAA homeowner insurance. I went to the house wearing the pain from the fire in my soul the day following the fire.

Mission Accomplished

This past April, a large tree fell through the roof of a Coweta County family's residence causing major destruction to several rooms and two levels of their home.  Fortunately, the homeowner had a concerned and dedicated insurance agent from the community who was familiar with storm disasters.  She was immediately on the phone with us requesting emergency services for her insured.  Tarping of the property, the removal of contents and temporary placement of the insured were immediately handled.  Last month Champion's crew moved the homeowner back into their home which was restored to it's pre-disaster beauty!

For almost 40 years homeowners have experienced first-hand that contracting Champion as soon as possible after a disaster is the first step to a successful restoration.  We have always operated with the mission to provide the most outstanding service possible, never wavering or compromising our reputation.

Champion vs. Old Man Winter

In January of this year Old Man Winter hit Georgians pretty hard. Temperatures in our area dipped down into the teens at night and barely got above freezing during the day on a couple occasions. Champion has learned from past experiences to be prepared for an influx of jobs from pipes freezing, thawing out, rupturing and then causing minimal to sever water damage to a home. Pipes can freeze in the wall or in the attic if not properly insulated.
