Champion's Fans

"Mr. Jim Clark was my point of contact with Champion; he was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The members of all of the crews, water removal/drying, carpet layers and packers were courteous, professional, arrived on time, and completed work in a timely manner. In addition, they were friendly. We are very pleased with Champion's response and work and I will gladly recommend Champion to others. I will express my satisfaction with Champion to USAA." - Water Damage in Fayetteville, GA

"I have never been as impressed with a great group of young men. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of their line of work. Champion is Fast and Committed When It Comes to Flooding

pamFlooding can happen almost anywhere it rains. In fact, floods are the most common natural disaster in the U.S. We at Champion have been committed to serving the Atlanta area since 1970 as a trusted restoration company in the industry. We understand water damage is an emergency, this is why technicians are dispatched within minutes to the loss. The property's successful restoration depends largely on receiving immediate response, and the fastest drying possible. Champion has crews on-call 24/7, 365 a days. Our combination of an immediate response and leading edge technology returns the damage property back to normal faster than the traditional drying methods. It also substantially lowers the repair cost and time. After nearly 40 years of water removal, we are committed to the same outstanding service!

Mission Accomplished

pam1This past April, a large tree fell through the roof of a Coweta County family's residence causing major destruction to several rooms and two levels of their home.  Fortunately, the homeowner had a concerned and dedicated insurance agent from the community who was familiar with storm disasters.  She was immediately on the phone with us requesting emergency services for her insured.  Tarping of the property, the removal of contents and temporary placement of the insured were immediately handled.  Last month Champion's crew moved the homeowner back into their home which was restored to it's pre-disaster beauty!

For almost 40 years homeowners have experienced first-hand that contracting Champion as soon as possible after a disaster is the first step to a successful restoration.  We have always operated with the mission to provide the most outstanding service possible, never wavering or compromising our reputation.

Be a Safe Driver

pam1It has been estimated that over 1,200,000 people lose their lives in traffic accidents worldwide each year!  By taking some practical steps to drive safely, lives could very well be saved.  According to the Australian Journal of Social Issues, 'a driver improving ones behavior at the wheel will reduce the risk of fatalities, such as fatigue, which can dull one's mind and slow responses.'  Other emotional behaviors that affect driving safety, and can lead to unwise decisions, include the following: anger, anxiety and excitement.  Let's not forget one's physical condition too, certain illnesses or injuries can cause a person's ability to drive safely.  By respecting the lives of others we would not want to be behind the wheel if our driving ability has been impaired by medication, or alcohol abuse.  Try and avoid distractions such as multitasking: cell phones, texting and other operating devices.  Always drive defensively by staying alert and assume the other drive does not see you.  Maintaining a safe distance between vehicles will prevent most collisions, which is the main cause for high insurance premiums to  increase  according to the Insurance Safety Institute.  Driving is a necessity and a privilege for millions of people today.  By respecting and showing consideration to others can save lives!

Going Green Is Catching On

pam1Going Green is almost a fad nowadays.  Celebrities are doing it, your neighbors are doing it, and you should too.  In order to go green you have to think way beyond recycling.  Unplugging your electronic household items when they are not in use can save 8% on your electricity bill each month because these items drain energy even they are off.  Setting your AC up higher than normal or at times even turning it off a couple of days a weeks can save enery through the summer months.  Carpooling with co-workers not only saves you money and fuel but also eliminates the amount of carbon monoxide that is released into the atmosphere, helping lower a risk of global warming.  Going Green not only saves money, but helps protect people, animals and our precious planet!

Bring On the Rain

pam1Yes, it is raining / pouring out as I blog this message.  According to the forecast it will continue for several days. For us in the Atlanta area we are thrilled for many reasons!  First of all, there is our Lake Lanier which has drained to a record low.  Then there's the "water ban restriction" which has been placed on everyone.  The restriction of water usage is always before us rather we are bathing, washing, gardening or enjoying recreation.  Let's hope the rain continues and just maybe we can have a long enjoyable summer with wonderful memories, gardens that are beautiful, children playing in the sprinkler while lawns are watered and swimmers enjoying a Sunday afternoon at the lake.
