Champion's Fans

"Mr. Jim Clark was my point of contact with Champion; he was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The members of all of the crews, water removal/drying, carpet layers and packers were courteous, professional, arrived on time, and completed work in a timely manner. In addition, they were friendly. We are very pleased with Champion's response and work and I will gladly recommend Champion to others. I will express my satisfaction with Champion to USAA." - Water Damage in Fayetteville, GA

"I have never been as impressed with a great group of young men. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of their line of work. Considering the age of my crew; they out-performed the middle and older aged men I have worked with in similar job requests. Thank you!!! Big kudos to Colby...loved this kid!!!" - Water Damage in Ellenwood, GA

"The crew was super courteous and professional. They also showed a level of compassion that was an unexpected surprise. They also took the extra step to explain every step." - Water Damage in Jonesboro, GA

"If I hadn't seen the damage beforehand, afterwards I wouldn't have know it had occurred. Great group of people both repairing and managing the crews." - Water Damage in Peachtree City, GA

“Champion has done a super job in getting the house squared away. All of their employees and subcontractors have been professional, courteous and helpful in answering our many questions and keeping us informed of schedules and other matters.” - Fire Damage in Peachtree City, GA

Travel Deals and Tips

p>Ok well actually I haven't got any amazing deals to tell you about at the moment. The thing about amazing deals is that they don't last long. If I posted one on here, it would likely be gone or sold out by the time you read this and try to reserve it.

You might have noticed a recurring theme in our recent blog posts in that many of us like to travel and we try to do it cheap too! Here are some a few tips that have been useful for our family.

1. You can find great deals each week on Travelzoo's Top 20 List.  We booked a 7 night cruise off of this list last year. Click here to sign up. You will receive a list each week of travel deals, including international deals too!

My Trip to Maui

You might notice a theme in our blog-Hawaii vacations. Our Champion Construction Systems, Inc office is full of travelers and while we like to do water damage, we love to travel. By something of a coincidence, many of us have recently traveled to or will soon travel to Hawaii.  My trip was last month and I have to agree with Nick Sharp, it was amazing. (Larry Banach went in the first part of February and we are still waiting on his post) I wanted to share some highlights.

-Humpback Whales. We were in Maui during the peak of the Humpback Whale season. In fact we even went to the Whale Festival! This is what I learned--Humpback whales migrate to Maui's warm waters from November to March to have their babies in the warm, shallow and safe waters. They don't eat while they are here and lose 1/2 of their body weight. Once the calves are ready, they migrate back to Alaskan waters where they normally live. These whales are an endangered species so it was really special to have the opportunity to see them. Although you wouldn't know they are endangered because they are everywhere. We took this picture from our backyard

My Trip To Paradise

securedownloadsecuredownloadCAY3GLRRpicsecuredownloadCAI619ZHI took my first trip to the west coast. It just so happens that my first trip away from the east coast was to Hawaii. Our flight itinerary was from Atlanta to Phoenix, and from Phoenix to Honolulu. All in all, it was about an 11 hour flight. But it was entirely worth it! Hawaii is truly everything that I imagined. The sunsets, the beaches, the fresh air, the surfing, the palm trees, the hula dances.... It was the definition of what a vacation should be.
While on Oahu, here are some fun ideas/tips for you and/or your family:
