Champion's Fans

"Mr. Jim Clark was my point of contact with Champion; he was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The members of all of the crews, water removal/drying, carpet layers and packers were courteous, professional, arrived on time, and completed work in a timely manner. In addition, they were friendly. We are very pleased with Champion's response and work and I will gladly recommend Champion to others. I will express my satisfaction with Champion to USAA." - Water Damage in Fayetteville, GA

"I have never been as impressed with a great group of young men. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of their line of work. Considering the age of my crew; they out-performed the middle and older aged men I have worked with in similar job requests. Thank you!!! Big kudos to Colby...loved this kid!!!" - Water Damage in Ellenwood, GA

"The crew was super courteous and professional. They also showed a level of compassion that was an unexpected surprise. They also took the extra step to explain every step." - Water Damage in Jonesboro, GA

"If I hadn't seen the damage beforehand, afterwards I wouldn't have know it had occurred. Great group of people both repairing and managing the crews." - Water Damage in Peachtree City, GA

“Champion has done a super job in getting the house squared away. All of their employees and subcontractors have been professional, courteous and helpful in answering our many questions and keeping us informed of schedules and other matters.” - Fire Damage in Peachtree City, GA

Wee'r knot nown fur hour speling

larryOk, here's the deal.  Champion is well known as one of the premier construction/restoration companies in the south Atlanta area.  But we're not the greatest spellers.  You see, I'm the Construction Manager here, but I have also been given the designation of "Job Processing Program Administrator".  Little did I know what that would involve.

Each job gets put into JPP (Job Processing Program) and notes about the claim are put into that program as the job progresses.  Since these notes become part of the permanent record of the job, it's my job to review each note and make sure it is in a form that could be viewed by others.  That means that I get the unenvious job of making sure that the spelling is correct as well.

So that you can see what a task this can be, I'm going to here combine some of the "best" misspelled words from the past 3 months in a synopsis of a pretend job..........How many misspelled words or grammatically incorrect words can you find?  Before you read any further I have to warn you that it is PG-13!

"Booby Smith, the adjsuter, contacted me to dicuss Mrs Jones strucutral cliam she is persuing do to a roof leak when her ridge vent came a lose in the mist of a storm and a shitter blew off the side of the garagae.  It also effected her soffitt and facia and they are lose.  He should of sent us an asignmnet by now.  He said that in Mrs Jones' statment to him she got agrivated because he sugested it my be a mainenance issue or a leak do to tow board wholes.  He had to appologize to her and tryed to smooth things over.  Booby said Mrs Jones is requsting Champion since she is a pervious customer and we where able to make them happy last time.  Mrs Jones has made her desicion and doesn't want no one else to due there job.  There deducatable shaould be collected at the tale end of the job.  I scedualed for an inspecion of the damage tomarrow and I'll wright up the estiamate on Thurday.  When I spoek to Mrs Jones I gave her an expaination reguarding the deductable and made arrangments for her to tentively wright us a check when we rap up the job.  I reccomended we set up a protable toliet for the workers when reapirs are done and there shinlges are replaced.  I'll try to make sure that their is no miss communication with Mrs Jones so that their are no complains on this job and it goes prefect.  We'll botton up the leak with a trap today."

And you thought my job was easy!

Speak for yourself. My spelling is just fine. The text was so distracting in the example story, I am sure I missed one or two errors but I arrived at the number 66 plus a redundant phrase. It IS quite a job! Keep up the good work!
