FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS > RESTORATION QUESTIONS > Can I make changes after the restoration begins?

Definitely, just speak directly to your job superintendent if you decide to make a change from what is listed in the estimate. They will need to put the change on a change order form along with the additional costs and time. Please do not verbally make changes with subcontractors, even if they accept the changes. This could result in substantial unexpected charges to you if it is not properly estimated. Any additional damage that was not originally submitted to the insurance company must be photographed and estimated before work is done. Subcontractors are not authorized to accept changes from anyone other than Champion.
