Champion's Fans

"Mr. Jim Clark was my point of contact with Champion; he was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The members of all of the crews, water removal/drying, carpet layers and packers were courteous, professional, arrived on time, and completed work in a timely manner. In addition, they were friendly. We are very pleased with Champion's response and work and I will gladly recommend Champion to others. I will express my satisfaction with Champion to USAA." - Water Damage in Fayetteville, GA

"I have never been as impressed with a great group of young men. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of their line of work. Considering the age of my crew; they out-performed the middle and older aged men I have worked with in similar job requests. Thank you!!! Big kudos to Colby...loved this kid!!!" - Water Damage in Ellenwood, GA

"The crew was super courteous and professional. They also showed a level of compassion that was an unexpected surprise. They also took the extra step to explain every step." - Water Damage in Jonesboro, GA

"If I hadn't seen the damage beforehand, afterwards I wouldn't have know it had occurred. Great group of people both repairing and managing the crews." - Water Damage in Peachtree City, GA

Renters Insurance

jerryOne thing we commonly run across as we handle claims involves content losses in a tenant/landlord relationship. Most landlords have purchased property insurance to protect them financially if a catastrophe occurs. However, most often, renters have no coverage for their contents which are also affected by the loss. Whether fire, smoke or water damage, the loss of contents can be significant. The sad fact is that renters insurance is extremely affordable. So, fi you are a renter, there are a couple of articles I'd like to refer you to for more information. First, follow this hyperlink to the Savannah Morning News: http://savannahnow.com/node/539646 . Here the writer expresses his own experience with a loss as a renter and the good result he had since he had renters coverage. Second, check out this link to Georgia State University's Center for RMI Research: http://rmictr.gsu.edu/FAQS/renters.htm. This is an excellent resource with information regarding renters insurance as well as answers to common questions.

With so many homeowners facing foreclosure in these times of financial crisis, I hope that this information will be helpful and informative to the growing number of those in a tenant/landlord situation. And I hope that if a catastrophe strikes, you'll be among those with coverage to protect your valuable property!

Thanks for the timely reminders! I think there are alot of renters who don't realize they need coverage for their belongings. And it really is very affordable. My husband and I rent, and for less than $300 a year we have the peace of mind that our contents are covered should anything happen. That is less than $25 a month!
